libdbix-contextualfetch-perl software package provides module to add context aware fetches to DBI, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdbix-contextualfetch-perl
libdbix-contextualfetch-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdbix-contextualfetch-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdbix-contextualfetch-perl *
You will get with libdbix-contextualfetch-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
